Noiseoiseoise is India’s first festival and concert series for experimental music. Initiated in Goa in 2022, it reunites exploratory sensibilities, focusing on electro-acoustic live performances and free improvisation. By triggering new collaborations between artists and following a multidisciplinary approach, Noiseoiseoise provides a community and opportunity for first time performers as well as accomplished musicians and aims to be accessible to audiences with different levels of knowledge and backgrounds, because in experimental music, ARTISTIC EXCELLENCE AND INCLUSIVENESS are not opposites. THE UNPREDICTABLE IS GIVEN SPACE.

Honoring the utopian part of our psychological structuredness, we would like to believe that experimental music is poised to play an increasingly integral role within our evolving cultural landscape, conveying complex and precious values such as the feeling of freedom, belonging, creativity, self-governance and joy. Because REALITY IS ALWAYS UNDER CONCSTRUCTION, culture is not static, and experimental music offers an opportunity for the active, dialogical, self-reflexive and critical involvement of every person in life.
